Ad Venture İnternet ve Pazarlama A.Ş. ("Ad Venture Digital", "we", "us" or "the Company") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you visit adventuredigital.com (the "Site"), complete our contact or career forms, or use our services.

• First name and surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name and your role
• The message you write in our contact or quote request form
• Your CV and the information it contains, for career applications
• Contract, invoice and payment details shared during service delivery

1.2 Information collected automatically when you use the Site

• IP address and approximate location (city or country level)
• Browser type, version and language preference
• Operating system and device type
• Pages viewed, clicks, and time spent on the Site
• How you reached the Site (referring URL, campaign parameters)
• Usage data obtained through cookies and similar technologies

We do not use all of this data to identify you. Analytics data is largely evaluated in aggregated, statistical form.

• To respond to your enquiries, quote requests and questions
• To deliver our services, manage contractual processes and issue invoices

3. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal data and we do not rent it to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only in the following cases, limited to the relevant purpose:

• Service providers: suppliers of site hosting, email infrastructure, analytics, advertising measurement, CRM and accounting services.
• Partners and advertising platforms: advertising platforms we work with for campaign measurement, only while consent-based cookies are active.
• Competent authorities: public institutions, courts and enforcement offices where a legal obligation or official request exists.
• Professional advisers: parties providing legal, financial and audit services.
• In case of transfer: the acquiring party in a merger, acquisition or asset sale.

Because some of our service providers host their servers abroad (for example our site infrastructure and analytics tools), certain data is transferred outside Türkiye. Such transfers are carried out in line with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

Once the period expires, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

We apply administrative and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse, including access authorisation, encrypted connections (HTTPS), up-to-date software infrastructure and supplier audits. That said, no data transmission over the internet is one hundred percent secure.

7. Third Party Links

Our Site, blog content and success stories may link to third party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing the relevant site's own policy before sharing personal data.

8. Your Rights

9. Children's Data

Our services and Site are not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data belonging to a child without our knowledge, we delete it without delay.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with the last updated date. We also announce significant changes on the Site.
