How is this list decided?
Great Place To Work® lists are based not on what companies say about themselves but on surveys their employees fill in anonymously. The Best Workplaces for Young Talent list looks specifically at the experience of young employees: how valued they feel, whether they can learn and grow, whether they trust their managers and whether they see a future at the company. So this title isn't something we say about ourselves; it's what our team members say about us.
Real work from day one
Young people who join our team work on real campaigns for real brands from their very first weeks. They learn every stage of the job, from campaign setup to reporting and from data analysis to creative testing, alongside an experienced colleague. We take care to build an environment where they can ask questions without fear of making mistakes and where their ideas are heard.
Mentoring and learning
Every new team member has a mentor. Platform training and certifications, internal knowledge-sharing sessions and taking part in brand meetings make learning part of the everyday job. Thanks to our partnerships with platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and Yandex, we can follow new features and training early.
Our own Ad Venture One panel also lets our younger colleagues learn to work with data, automation and AI-powered tools early in their careers.
A diverse team that keeps learning
Our team includes people from different universities and different fields: alongside business and economics, there's statistics, engineering, communications and design. This diversity lets us look at a campaign from different angles. The questions our younger team members ask sometimes make us rethink something we've done the same way for years. That's why we believe learning is as much a part of our job as teaching.
